Through continued success in her ACT tutoring, and tutoring for other standardized tests, she has developed a system of teaching specialized exam strategies that cause parents and students to travel for hours, over multiple weekends, to take advantage of weekend individual tutoring slots and boot camps made available for out-of-town students.

Mrs. Padgett has a passion for teaching. She cares about each student and family that she serves. It is her desire to instill a love for learning in each student, and create critical thinkers and life-long learners. As the founder and ultimate visionary for S P E C S, she recruits only the most progressive, intuitive minds for the

S P E C S team.  She thinks of S P E C S as one big happy family, featuring the team, students and parents we serve, and the school systems, colleges, and organizations that partner with S P E C S. Mrs. Padgett thinks of S P E C S as a living organism, ever evolving and ever growing.

Mrs. Padgett is also an accomplished vocalist, musician, and songwriter. She serves as Minister of Music at her local church and also offers voice lessons through the S P E C S Music & Arts Program.
